The British government, led by Boris Johnson, has announced a live events reinsurance scheme covering concerts and festivals that cannot go ahead due to COVID-19.
According to the government, it is: “One of the only insurance schemes in the world to cover such a wide array of live events and not put a cap on costs claimed per event”.
