2. User Accounts:
a. In order to access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.
b. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update your information as necessary to keep it accurate and current.
3. Intellectual Property:
a. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VELCOA and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
b. You agree not to modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works based on, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise use any portion of the Service except as expressly authorized by us.
4. Prohibited Conduct:
a. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service.
- Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Service for any purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service.

a. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

a. In no event shall VELCOA, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
7. Governing Law:
a. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms:
a. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
9. Payments:
a. VELCOA is a membership site which requires a monthly payment to access it. Upon signing up, users are granted a 14-day free trial period. After the trial period ends, the user will be charged £19.99 per month unless canceled.
b. Users can cancel their subscription at any time by emailing support@velcoa.com. Upon cancellation, access to the Service will be revoked at the end of the current billing cycle.
c. By providing payment information and subscribing to VELCOA, you agree to the recurring billing of the subscription fee at the specified interval unless canceled in accordance with these Terms.
